What you will learn




Training Methods

In-person Training
- Two class cohorts organized in the North and South regions
- 9 training sessions
- Applies adult learning methodologies to help participants easily apply knowledge to real-world situations

Online Training via Zoom
- Three hours of online learning, with participants able to log into Zoom from the factory or any other convenient location.

Group Self-Study Sessions on Zoom
- Self-study sessions allow participants to reflect, exchange knowledge, and apply skills in their work.
- Participants connect with alumni to share real-world experiences and practical insights.

Self-paced learning via the MVV Everlearn app
- Digitized content that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
- The mobile app allows participants to easily access micro-learning lessons.
